To finalize these rankings, CCJ uses a methodology including a company’s revenues, fleet size, and employment base. This accomplishment has verified the outstanding abilities of our employees, and solidifies Navajo has a nationally recognized carrier.

For the third year, WIT is honoring companies who promote accomplishments and encourage employment of women in the trucking industry. Several factors are reviewed in order to distinguish the list, including corporate cultures that foster gender diversity, and advance opportunities.
This esteemed honor was created in 2018 to support the WIT’s mission of promoting the accomplishments and the employment of women in the trucking industry. No matter what position they may hold, Navajo Express recognizes the impact women employees can have on achieving their overall company visions and goals.

We look for companies that are acting as leaders in their industry, participating in pilot projects and testing new technologies, and sharing what they’ve learned with others.
