	Becky Mackintosh, Executive Vice President Becky Mackintosh has over 15+ years at Navajo Express, Inc and more then 50+ years of a strong family tradition and experience in the transportation industry. She understands the business and the needs of our network, customers and the workforce making Navajo Express, Inc. a well known leader in the refrigerated carrier industry. She believes that we can provide the best service to our customers and drivers with providing the highest standards, while still placing an importance on Safety, people and family. Becky and her husband Jason live in Denver, Co. with their three children.


	Brenda Schaak, Controller Brenda Schaak is an accomplished accountant with over 35 years of experience in a diverse arena of industries which includes public accounting, retail & wholesale office supplies, insurance brokerage and food brokerage. She joined Navajo Express as Controller in 2006 and finds the trucking industry fascinating. Brenda is a Colorado native and earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Colorado at Denver and is also a certified public accountant.


	Chris Kelly, Chief Financial Officer Chris Kelly joined Navajo in September of 2011 as Chief Financial Officer responsible for finance, accounting and human resources. Chris was previously the Vice President of Finance for P2 Energy Solutions, a software, data and services business for the oil and gas industry. Prior to that, he was Corporate Controller for Colorado Gaming & Entertainment, was engaged in developing, owning, and operating gaming and related entertainment facilities. Chris began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co.Chris has a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Colorado State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Chris and his wife, Heidi, reside in Highlands Ranch, CO, with their two children, Reece and Ryan.


	Steve Szmul , Vice President of Sales and Marketing Steve Szmul joined the Navajo Express team in January 2013 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing responsible for increasing overall revenues in the newly formed Intermodal division, Over-the-Road, and Logistics groups. Steve came to Navajo Express with over 21 years of experience in sales, predominately in the technology industry, where he held various leadership positions from Sales Representative to Vice President of Sales. He spent his time at large corporations such as Oracle Corporation to smaller technology companies such as Blazent, ScheduleSource and edocs.


	Jim Schram, Vice President of Sales and Marketing Intermodal Jim’s transportation career started with his father’s trucking company in the late 1970’s as a teenager, and has provided him many opportunities in different facets of the transportation process. What once started as a summer job for his father worked into a love for the transportation business and a respect for what it takes to deliver service and gain customer satisfaction.Jim has been with Navajo Express, Inc. since August of 2004 and throughout the years has helped move Navajo Express into one of the top 100 transportation providers in the nation. Within the past 30 years, Jim has seen all sides of the transportation business with experience in reefer, dry, inter-model, dedicated distributed, ocean and air freight operations.


	Gary Dietsch, Vice President of Safety Gary Dietsch comes to us with 18 years of hands-on transportation experience and in-depth knowledge of FMCSR, CSA, OSHA, Haz-Mat, and risk management processes that will guarantee organizational compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. He is committed to working closely with all departments to ensure Navajo maintains our high standards and safety focused culture.
