Navajo Express is seeking a Safety Administrator who will be responsible for processing and maintaining driver qualification files and DOT HOS log reports. In this position you will audit, complete and maintain driver qualification files; complete requests on past or current employees; accurately enter driver information into the AS 400 database and provide driver codes for new drivers in addition to other responsibilities. Requirements include: ability to type 45 wpm, DOT/FMCSR knowledge/experience, the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple processes and deadlines, and good communication and phone skills.
We're hiring an Area Load Planner who will coordinate the utilization of equipment and who will ensure a high level of service and cost effective movement of goods for the customer. The environment is fast-paced and requires ongoing attention to customer requirements, balancing of tendered loads with available equipment, and real time communication of service issues with shippers and receivers. Two years previous Operations Transportation experience, AS400 and EOBRs experience is required.
Navajo Express is hiring a Vice President of Maintenance who will be responsible for managing the local and remote maintenance facility and oversee shop administrative tasks that are the result of preventive maintenance and repairs. The VP of Maintenance oversees the shop supervisor and technicians to ensure the business unit aligns with overall business objectives, safety, DOT and CSA demands. A Bachelor's degree in mechanical services/engineering on diesel engines or equivalent combination of education and skills is required.
